A real game first

Everything below already exists and is playable today. The currency matters because the game around it does.

⚔️

Combat with teeth

Four damage types, weaknesses, criticals, blocking and weapon specials. Bosses telegraph heavy attacks, so guarding and dodging decide fights.

🪓

Ten skills

Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints, Woodcutting, Mining, Fishing, Cooking, Smithing and Fletching, each to level 99.

📜

Twenty-one quests

Multi-stage stories with tracked objectives, from a runaway kitten to waking the Genesis altar and facing the Rug Dragon.

🏠

Your own cottage

Buy the plot, choose the roof, walls and floors, and place twenty-seven kinds of furniture. Your chest is a free bank.

🌍

Two continents

Forests, lakes, mines and a desert, then east over the Rollup Bridge to a glacier, a jungle temple and a live volcano.

👥

Friends welcome

Play solo, or open the party desk and walk the same world as your friends, with a live leaderboard of real players.

Built by hand, pixel by pixel

Every sprite, tile and interface element is drawn in code. No asset packs.

Two currencies, and they never mix

BlockQuest keeps its game economy and its token economy apart on purpose. One is earned by playing. The other exists to mint add-ons, and is destroyed when you do.

$QUEST · in-game currency

  • Earned from monster drops, quests, bounties and selling goods
  • Spent on gear, food, travel, housing and services
  • Lives only inside your save. It is not a token
  • Cannot be bought, sold or transferred for money
  • Every player earns from the same tables, from hour one

The full game is free and complete using $QUEST alone.

$BLOCK · Solana SPL token

  • Used for one thing: minting add-on NFTs
  • DLC weapons, player skins, clothing and other add-ons
  • Burned at mint. The tokens you spend are destroyed
  • The NFT you receive is yours, and trades on open marketplaces
  • Fixed supply, mint authority revoked at launch

$BLOCK never buys $QUEST, power levels or progress you could otherwise grind.

Minting is the burn

There is no staking, no treasury drip and no emissions. $BLOCK leaves circulation in exactly one way: somebody mints an add-on with it, and the tokens spent are sent to a burn address that anybody can verify on chain.

What a season removes

Take one modest season: 0 clothing mints, 0 skins, 0 weapons, 0 packs and 0 rare homes. At the prices above that is 0 $BLOCK burned, a little over 4% of total supply, gone for good.

Supply only moves in one direction, because there is no way to create more. Whether that matters to a price is not something anyone can promise, and this page will not try.

Burn transactions and the burn address are published, so every claim on this page can be checked against the chain rather than taken on trust.

Add-ons you own, not licences you rent

Every mint produces an NFT on Solana that the game reads. Hold it and the add-on appears on your character. Sell it and it leaves with the buyer.

🗡️

DLC weapons

Weapon models with their own animations and effects, minted in fixed editions. They sit alongside the gear you smith in game rather than replacing the ladder you climb with $QUEST.

👕

Skins and clothing

Full character looks and individual pieces: capes, hats, coats, boots. Seasonal clothing mints stay open while a season runs, then close permanently.

🏰

Rare homes

Unique plots and prebuilt houses in limited runs of one hundred, with build styles that are never minted again. One of one pieces are auctioned in $BLOCK.

🔁

Open secondary market

Because add-ons are standard Solana NFTs, they list on any marketplace. The original mint already burned its $BLOCK, so resale moves ownership without ever reissuing supply.

What this is not

No DAO theatreNo staking yieldNo presale promises No guaranteed returnsNo token needed to playNo selling $QUEST for money

BlockQuest is free to play in full without ever touching $BLOCK. $BLOCK is a Solana token used to mint optional add-on NFTs, and the tokens spent on a mint are burned. Nothing here is investment advice, and nobody can promise what a token will be worth.
